HOW DO I BOOK A CAR?
• You can get a price quote online via www.everydayrentacar.com.tr and make a reservation in just a few simple steps.
• You can call our Reservation Center at 444 0 349 and make a reservation between 08:30 – 18:00.
• You can request a price and vehicle quote by emailing info@hdyeveryday.com.tr.
• At our Iğdır Şehit Bülent Aydın Airport Office, the minimum reservation period is 3 days.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT A CAR?
• You must be at least 21 years old and hold a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a Category B driving license to rent a vehicle.
• Customers who are 21 years old and have held a driving license for at least 2 years can rent a vehicle by purchasing the Young Driver Package.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF A TRAFFIC FINE?
• If the traffic fine is issued to your personal ID, the payment must be made by the driver of the vehicle.
• If the traffic fine is issued to the vehicle plate, it is paid by us at the discounted rate once officially notified, and the amount is then charged to the customer’s credit card. A service fee related to the traffic fine is also charged simultaneously.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?
• Without moving the vehicle, please inform the nearest police or gendarmerie station (a police report is mandatory) and contact the Everyday Call Center at 444 0 349.
CAN I RENT A CAR WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
• The deposit can only be paid by a personal credit card; cash payments are not accepted. If another person meets all rental requirements, you may only rent as an additional driver. The credit card must display the full name of the renter and the card number.
If you wish to rent with a debit card, you can benefit from our Debit Card Service, which is subject to a fixed fee per rental.
