This Corporate Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ALG Filo Kiralama A.Ş. ("Everyday Rent A Car") and the legal entity/company ("Corporate Member") that becomes a corporate member via www.everydayrentacar.com.tr. The Corporate Member accepts this Agreement by completing the membership registration.
1. Corporate Membership
Corporate membership is created by legal entities operating with a valid tax number/title. Within the scope of membership, special pricing, invoicing, and fleet management opportunities may be offered to your company.
2. Obligations of the Parties
The Corporate Member is responsible for the records of the authorized persons acting on behalf of its account and the accuracy of the information provided. Everyday Rent A Car provides corporate services within the framework of the agreement terms.
3. Invoicing and Payment
Payment and invoicing terms regarding corporate rentals are subject to the corporate agreement agreed upon between the parties and the provisions of the Rental Conditions.
4. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data belonging to authorized persons are processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text and Privacy Policy.
5. Duration, Termination and Entry into Force
The Agreement is valid during the corporate membership period. In case of breach of the Agreement, Everyday Rent A Car may suspend or terminate the membership. Turkish law shall apply to disputes.
