This Individual Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between ALG Filo Kiralama A.Ş. ("Everyday Rent A Car") and the real person ("Member") who becomes an individual member via www.everydayrentacar.com.tr. By completing the membership registration, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
1. Membership
Membership is created by real persons who have completed the age of 18, by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of their account information and the transactions carried out through their account.
2. Obligations of the Parties
The Member agrees to use the services in accordance with the applicable legislation and this Agreement, and to provide accurate information during the reservation and rental processes. Everyday Rent A Car makes reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted services.
3. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data belonging to the Member is processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text and the Privacy Policy.
4. Term and Termination of the Agreement
The Agreement is valid for the duration of the membership. The Member may request to terminate their membership at any time. Everyday Rent A Car reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership in case of breach of the Agreement.
5. Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force upon the Member's approval in the electronic environment. Turkish law shall apply in case of disputes.
